Minnesota North College – Hibbing features on-campus apartment-style housing.

Housing rates are $2,250 for a double room/semester, and $3,050 for a single room/semester.

Great Apartments

Each apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite, furnished with beds, desks, dressers, book shelves, and walk-in closets. You and your roommate(s) will enjoy the large kitchen/living room commons area which includes a couch, chairs, and tables.

Housing Application Steps

  1. Complete your college application.
  2. Complete the Housing Application online through E-Services.

Log in with your StarID and password. (If you don’t remember your StarID and/or password, you can recover it HERE! (select “Reset My Password”)

Select the “Housing & Dining” tab on the left side to launch the housing application portal.

Select the Academic Year you are applying for. (NOTE: The application for the fall semester opens up each year on December 1st the year prior)

Follow the instructions on the page. (NOTE: You may have to wait a few minutes while your account is being created before accessing the housing module)

Submit $250 deposit which will be available to pay 2-3 business days after application completion through E-Services.

In mid-July, housing staff will make room assignments and send out housing placement letters. Move-in dates are August 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. More information will be provided in the housing placement letters.
