Culinary Arts Cafeteria

It’s 8.59 a.m., the coffee’s steaming, and the table is loaded with fresh fruit, cookies, doughnuts, caramel rolls, muffins, and fruit turnovers. In just a minute, the door will open and hungry students will be looking for breakfast. So what’s the big deal? Nothing—at least not in the day of a Culinary Arts Student at Hibbing. They accomplish all this in the first hour of their day each and every day. Time to kick back? I don’t think so. In less than two hours, they will be putting the finishing touches on lunch for up to 300 people. Oh, did I mention they only started in the Culinary Arts Program a month ago? What will you accomplish next month?

Cardinal Room

Hibbing Culinary Arts second year students provide a unique dining experience in the Cardinal Room. This mock restaurant is an opportunity for students to showcase their skills and abilities in a sit-down dining experience. Patrons are welcome to come and enjoy the different offerings for either Breakfast or Lunch! Please note the menu offerings change monthly. Reservations recommended.

Hours: 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
